Republic Golf was born from two things we know well: pride in where we’re from and a love for the game.
We started Republic Golf because we wanted golfwear that felt like home—without feeling like something from a souvenir rack. Newfoundland has its own colours, humour, history, and way of carrying itself. We believed those things deserved a place in golf, presented with the quality and confidence to stand anywhere.
The name Republic draws from the Republic of Newfoundland and the independent spirit behind it. It is a reminder of where we come from, but it is not about looking backward. It is about carrying that identity forward—onto the course, into the clubhouse, and wherever the game takes us.
Republic Golf is for people from St. John’s, Corner Brook, the outports, Labrador, and every place in between—and for Newfoundlanders and Labradorians living away who still carry home with them.
Golf is the stage. Newfoundland is the soul.
