Shipping Policy

Republic Golf Supply currently ships only to addresses within Canada.

Free Local Delivery — Through October 24, 2026

Enjoy free local delivery on stocked Republic Golf products within 40 km of our Conception Bay South dispatch location, with no minimum purchase. This offer includes golf balls and The Marv Ball Marker. Select Local delivery at checkout if your address and order qualify. We will contact you to arrange delivery. Standard shipping rates apply outside the delivery area. Print-on-demand products are not included in this local delivery offer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery destination.

Economy shipping within Canada for eligible stocked apparel and hats is $14 CAD on orders under $125, and free on orders of $125 CAD or more.

Golf balls are excluded from free standard shipping. Economy shipping for golf balls is $14 CAD when the order total is under $80, and $9 CAD at $80 or more.

The Marv Ball Marker ships for $3 CAD within Canada when ordered on its own.

Shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts and before taxes. For mixed-product orders, applicable shipping rates may be combined. The full shipping total is displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most stocked and print-on-demand products are estimated to arrive within 5–12 business days. This timeframe is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Local delivery timing will be arranged with you separately.

Processing and delivery times may vary due to product availability, production requirements, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Split Shipments

Some products are fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once it becomes available. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@republicgolf.ca with your order number and relevant details. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate next steps.
