WELCOME TO REPUBLIC GOLF
Republic Golf Supply is a Newfoundland and Labrador-based golf brand. We created this store to offer golf apparel and accessories inspired by the place we call home.
These Terms of Service explain the basic rules that apply when you visit republicgolf.ca or purchase from us. We have written them as clearly as possible so you know what to expect from us and what we ask from you.
Throughout these terms, “Republic Golf Supply,” “Republic Golf,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Republic Golf Supply. “You” and “your” refer to anyone visiting our website or purchasing our products.

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and browsing.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, designs, materials, measurements, prices, and photographs accurately.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, lighting, materials, manufacturing differences, or print-on-demand production. Small variations that do not materially affect the product’s overall appearance or function are not necessarily considered defects.
Please review product descriptions and size information carefully before ordering. If you have a sizing or product question, contact us before placing your order—we are happy to help.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product quantities are limited and availability is not guaranteed. An item appearing on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available until an order is accepted and fulfilled.
We may reasonably limit quantities, change product details, update designs, discontinue products, or remove products from the store.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you. We may offer an available alternative or refund the affected item to your original payment method.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on republicgolf.ca are in Canadian dollars.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total will be shown during checkout.
Prices and promotions may change without notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.
Although we work to keep our information accurate, pricing or product-information errors may occasionally happen. If we discover a material error after an order is submitted, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
Payment must be authorized before an order can be accepted and fulfilled.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout, but we may need to review or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment authorization problems
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Shipping restrictions
• Suspected resale or commercial purchasing

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Republic Golf Supply currently ships only to addresses within Canada.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed during checkout. Free economy shipping may be available when an order meets the threshold shown on our website or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Processing or delivery may be affected by product availability, production requirements, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Products fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate shipments. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee simply because we divide an order into multiple shipments.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
We want you to feel comfortable ordering Republic Golf apparel. Eligible polos may be exchanged for a different size of the same style when you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Polos must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have their original tags attached. Size exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the polo and shipping the replacement polo.
We do not provide refunds for sizing preferences, fit preferences, or changes of mind.
Hats, golf balls, ball markers, sale items, and clearance items are final sale. Print-on-demand, personalized, and customized products are also final sale because they are made specifically for each order.
These restrictions do not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, materially different from what was ordered, or when Republic Golf Supply made an error. They also do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact info@republicgolf.ca as soon as possible—ideally within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
We will review the issue and, for an approved claim, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. We will cover necessary return and replacement shipping costs for approved claims involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products.
The requested reporting period helps us investigate issues promptly but does not limit your rights under applicable law.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production, fulfilment, or shipping.
Print-on-demand, personalized, and customized orders cannot normally be cancelled or changed after production has begun.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions and discount codes may have expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or other conditions displayed with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Discounts cannot be combined
• Discounts cannot be applied after an order is submitted
• Discounts have no cash value
• Promotions may be changed or ended
• Suspected misuse may result in an order being reviewed or cancelled
We will honour promotions in accordance with the terms displayed when the qualifying order was placed.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Information submitted through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and process orders.

You are welcome to browse and share links to our publicly available website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Accessing the website does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
